Jamestown, Ky. (WHAS11)- The southern Kentucky man charged with killing a pregnant woman while she was on a morning run has been indicted on new charges of rape.
Christopher Allman of Jamestown is also charged with murder, fetal homicide, robbery, and kidnapping.
Police say he strangled 31-year-old Sarah Hart while she was on a morning run in June in Russell County. She was pregnant with her fourth child.
Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty.
