ALBANY, Ky. (NEWS RELEASE) -- The Kentucky State Police have located 33-year-old Bobby Pillar, of Albany, on Dec. 7 after his escape from the Clinton County Jail on Monday night, Dec. 2, around 9:00.
Pillar surrendered himself to Tpr. Jason Warriner on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 9:25. He was arrested and charged with escape in the first degree and assault third degree.
Pillar was being treated for a cut in the front of the jail when he assaulted a deputy jailer and fled on foot on Dec. 2.
Pillar was serving time for flagrant non support.
The deputy jailer sustained minor injuries.
