LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Trimble County man was arrested after police said they found meth inside his home.

Police said they received a tip and were told to go to a home on Cassell Lane in Bedford Sunday night.

Once inside, troopers located an active meth lab, as well as ingredients used to manufacture meth, according to a news release.

Nicholas Hanson, 27, was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Possession of a Meth Precursor.

Trimble County Social Services was contacted after a three year old child was found in the home.  That child was placed with family members.
