All three are accused of kidnapping an attendant from the convenience store, tying him up and gagging him before forcing him into the trunk of his own car.

Police said the suspects took the car and were stopped nearly four hours later. During the traffic stop police said they discovered the victim in the trunk.

Elder, 28, Davis, 28, and Blye, 27, are all charged with kidnapping, wanton endangerment and theft.
