(WHAS 11) -- A Jefferson County judge has denied a lower bond for a Louisville teenager charged with murder in the death of his stepbrother.
The bond for 16-year-old Joshua Young remains at $100,000 full cash.
Young and his father, Joshua Gouker, are charged in the 2011 beating death of 14-year-old Trey
Zwicker, whose body was found behind the Liberty High School.
Young and Gouker will both be back in court in December.
