(WHAS11) -- A judge has ruled David Camm must stay in prison until his third murder trial begins.
Camm appeared in court, in July, asking to be released on bond. But the judge decided to deny that request on Wednesday, August 1.
His attorney argued Camm should be released because of an Indiana state law that says defendants should be released if they haven't gone to trial within six months of being charged.
He's charged with killing his wife and two children at their Georgetown, Ind. home in 2000.
He was twice convicted, but both convictions were overturned on appeal.
