(WHAS11) -- A student at Breckinridge Metro High School was arrested Monday for an altercation involving a school authority.
According to court documents, Martel McClain, 18, was asked to leave the school's cafeteria for being loud. He was then escorted out by an assistant principal. Once in the office, police say McClain told the assistant principal that 'no one tells him what to do.' That's when, according to the documents, McClain threw the assistant principal to the ground before being apprehended by school staff.
This is the second time this month a student was arrested after an issue at Breckinridge High School. Last week, Nineteen-year-old Justin Willen was charged with terroristic threatening and disorderly conduct.
