Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - 7-and-a-half-week old Lavion Gamble was laid to rest Wednesday after he was allegedly killed by his father.
The funeral was held at Canaan Christian Church in Hikes Point.
His father, Robert Long is charged with his murder.
Police say Gamble died of multiple blunt force injuries all over his body.
Long had been released from prison after being convicted of killing another infant son.
