(WHAS11) - The Indiana Court of Appeals is hearing arguments in the David Camm case.
At issue is whether or not the lead prosecutor on the case - Keith Henderson - can stay on the case.
Henderson signed a book deal which has now fallen through but defense attorneys say that is a conflict of interest.
Camm is a former Indiana State trooper who has twice been convicted of murdering his family in Floyd County.
Both convictions have been overturned and a third trial is pending.
