ISP busts Illinois man after finding drugs during traffic stop

JACKSON COUNTY, Ind. (WHAS11) – An Illinois man is behind bars in Jackson County, Indiana after a large amount of marijuana was found in his vehicle.

Indiana State Police say 30-year-old Louie Malley was pulled over on I-65 for a minor traffic violation.

While talking to Malley, the trooper became suspicious and searched the vehicle.

The trooper found 11 bags of marijuana that weighed a total of more than 11 grams.

Officers also found 19 ecstasy pills and drug paraphernalia.

Malley is charged with dealing in marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
