   MUNSTER, Ind. (AP) -- The Internal Revenue Service says someone has been trying to obtain income tax refunds that are owed to employees of a northwestern Indiana school district.
 
   Munster schools Superintendent Richard Sopko tells The Times the IRS has notified him that tax returns for a few district employees had already been submitted when they tried to file them.
 
   The tax refunds went to an unknown person's credit card. Sopko says as far as district officials know, the scheme isn't widespread.
 
   The IRS says it is investigating.
 
   Sopko says he doesn't believe the information was gleaned from personnel records. An IRS spokeswoman says it doesn't appear the agency's records have been
