FLOYD COUNTY, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A Floyd County deputy coroner has been arrested on charges of drunk driving and police say this is not the first time.
Howard Rainey, 53, was arrested on Spring Street in New Albany after leaving a bar on Market Street over the weekend.
Police say he failed three field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of .20, which is more than double the legal limit.
His charges were upped to a felony because it is his third drunk driving conviction in the last four years.
