(WHAS11) -- The trial date has been moved for a Louisville man charged with killing a Sullivan University student.
Greg O'Bryan was set to go to trial in November, on charges of murder, sodomy and abuse of a corpse. Now the trial has been pushed back to July of next year.
O'Bryan is charged in the death of Andrew Compton, who disappeared in October 2010.
Compton's remains have never been found, but police say O'Bryan told them Compton died during sex, and he placed the body in a dumpster.
