(WHAS11) -- Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Vincennes University the Indiana Court of Appeals will hear arguments in the David Camm appeal.
Camm's legal team has requested a new prosecutor for his third murder trial.
They say Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson should be removed from the case because of a book deal he signed, but that deal has since been cancelled.
The former Indiana State Trooper was convicted twice in the murders of his wife and their two children in their Georgetown home in 2000.
Both convictions were overturned.
