LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A former Oldham County Police officer was arraigned Wednesday afternoon after he was arrested for sending inappropriate messages to an underage girl.
According to the criminal complaint Shane Mosley pulled over a car two weeks ago and got the phone number of a girl inside.
The complaint says he started texting her and the messages grew more graphic and he even asked her for a pornographic picture.
The girl later contacted police.
Mosley offered up his resignation after his arrest.
