BULLITT CO., Ky. (WHAS11) -- The case of a former Bullitt East High School employee accused of sexually abusing a teenager will go to the grand jury.
A probable cause hearing was held Monday for 45-year-old Chester Faith. During the hearing a judge decided there is enough evidence to present the case to a grand jury.
Faith was arrested last month after a Mount Washington police officer caught him in a car with a 16-year-old.
Faith worked as a library assistant at Bullitt East last year but was let go after his arrest.
