Driver facing murder, DUI charges after deadly Hardin Co. crash

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A man was arrested Thursday and will be charged with murder and DUI after a deadly crash in Hardin County Sunday.

Police said 34-year-old Michael Hilton was driving a pick up that collided with a Mustang at the intersection of New Patriot Parkway and Deckard School Road.

The driver of the Mustang, 17-year-old Brianna Taylor, was killed and a friend in the car with her was injured.

Police said they found a cooler and cans of beer at the scene of the crash.
