LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- An employee at DaSales High School was arrested Friday night at a high school football game at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.

According to an arrest report, William Sanford and an unnamed friend were starting fights with people in the stands.  When an officer told Sanford he had to leave, Sanford reportedly began walking quickly in an attempt to evade police.

Police said they ran after him and again tried to remove him from the stadium, but Sanford allegedly tried to pull away from the officer's grasp and was cursing loudly, which officers claim caused alarm to many guests.

Three officers had to assist in arresting Sanford.

Sanford works in the math department at DeSales High School in Louisville, according to the school's website.

He is charged with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and menacing.
