A Louisville businessman accused of fraud and attempting to kill two of his former employees is expected to go on trial Monday in federal court.
Keith Shaw is charged with fraudulently making and concealing modifications to aircraft that could have led to critical errors, risking the lives of soldiers and sailors.
He's also accused of faking his FAA medical certificate using Photoshop in order to fly those planes.
Those are the federal charges.
Shaw was also indicted in September for separate counts of trying to kill his former partner and another former employee who agreed to testify to federal agents.
