Brent Burke trial updates

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A jury now knows how the family of Karen Comer learned about her and Tracy Burke's murder in the third trial of a former Fort Campbell soldier.
A Kentucky State Trooper took the stand in the third week of the trial against Brent Burke. The former soldier is accused of murdering Tracey Burke and Comer at a Rinevyille home in 2007. Testimony continues Thursday in the case. Burke's previous two trials were declared mistrials.
