LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police are searching for a suspect in connection with a bank robbery on Bardstown Road.
According to a news release, on March 16 the suspect entered the Fifth Third Bank at 2000 Bardstown Road and approached a teller. The suspect demanded the bank's money several times then fled on foot, according to the news release.
The bank gave a dye pack to the suspect and it exploded while he was fleeing. Police say the suspect may have red dye stain on him. The suspect is described as a white male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
