Authorities say a man from Seymour, Indiana, faked his education to get a psychology license. We've now traced him to the local metro area in southern Indiana.

The Attorney General’s Office is investigating David Mowry who may have been treating patients in several Indiana towns with no professional training.

Mowry told the state licensing board he worked at an office on Spring Street in Jeffersonville treating patients for 2 years.

We went to check it out and there’s no psychology business there.

We checked out some more of Mowry's work history and never found a legit business.

David Mowry's supposed work history as a psychologist also took us to a house in Clarksville.

The address was posted on a letter he gave to the Indiana Psychology Licensing Board but there was no business there either, just this man who tells us he's lived here for a long time and doesn't know a David Mowry.

We first told you Monday, David Mowry's psychology licensed was suspended after the licensing board says they found out all of these school transcripts Mowry gave them are fake.

Now it turns out Mowry never got the Masters or Ph.D. at Walden University he said he earned in 2007.

We have learned that Mowry did treat patients in at least one Indiana town.

Manor-Care in Avon told us Wednesday Mowry provided consulting services with them for 6 months. The company says it’s reviewing the situation and is taking this very seriously.

They blame the state licensing board, saying they rely on the board to make sure anyone licensed is legit.

The Attorney General’s Office isn't saying much right now until the investigation is over. Mowry isn't saying anything either.  We found his house in Seymour and went there twice but got no comment.

Manor-Care tells us that David Mowry was employed with Behavioral Care Solutions when he was consulting with them.

We looked it up on the internet found the number and called 5 times and kept getting a recording.
