SHIVELY, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Shively police arrested a man who allegedly held a fork to another man's throat.

According to the police report Derrick Jordan, 50, came into a home and began to fight with a man who lived there. The report says that Jordan grabbed the man and held a fork to his throat and cussed and threatened him.

The police report says that they attempted to escort Jordan to an EMS truck and he used racial slurs toward officers and EMS. According to the report Jordan struck two officers on the upper body and arms. Officers then tased Jordan.

Jordan was arrested for second degree wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, third degree assault and fourth degree minor injury assault.
