LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Police arrest a 51-year-old man after he threatened his landlord with a carving knife.
Police were called to the 2020 block of Main Street in Louisville, Ky. on Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 9:40 a.m. and say they found an irate man, William Williamson, armed with a carving knife. Williamson told police that his landlord had broken into his house.
Police say the landlord had come to the house to change the locks when the Williamson had pulled a knife on the landlord and wouldn’t let the landlord leave.
Police arrested Williamson but he started screaming at the landlord and threatening to kill the landlord.
When Williamson was being booked he stated several times he was going to kill officers and the landlord.
Williamson is charged with wanton endangerment, unlawful imprisonment and terroristic threatening.
