(KMOV) -- A Cuba, Missouri man is facing charges after he allegedly posted an online ad looking for someone to beat and rape his 11-year-old daughter while he watched.

A spokesman for the St. Louis County Police Department said an undercover officer made contact with Anthony Brinkman, 32, online and agreed to meet him at a predetermined location.

Police said Brinkman arrived at the location in St. Louis County to pick up who he believed was going to engage in sexual acts with his daughter.

Officers were there to take him into custody. His daughter was with him when he was arrested.

Brinkman later told investigators he posted the ads and he “might” be in possession of child pornography.

Police were able to obtain a search warrant for Brinkman's apartment.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Brinkman with attempted statutory sodomy. He is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.

Prosecutors plan to pursue additional charges of sex trafficking of a minor with a grand jury.
