LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Ohm Tranquility Spa is closed Friday morning at the 900 block of Ulruch Avenue in South Louisville. Police said inside was a house of prostitution.
Detectives said they arrested several people in the sex-trafficking ring. They found other locations in the Portland Neighborhood and on Taylorsville Road.
Police said Ivan Javier Deleon, 38, Jeana Kaufman, 40, and Renae Barr, 30, used the massage place as a house of prostitution, and employed at least two 17-year-old girls.
Neighbors had no clue anything illegal was going down.
Neighbor, Angela Klemenz, said: "I'm disturbed. I didn't know it was going to be in this area. I didn't know we had human trafficking here in Louisville and I especially didn't know it was by my house."
Police were after Deleon for some time but said he was difficult to find. All three are charged with human trafficking and promoting prostitution.
Last year, WHAS11 did an investigation in Southern Indiana - Deleon and Kaufman were arrested for promoting prostitution at massage parlors in Jeffersonville and Clarksville with employees allegedly performing sex acts on hundreds of clients.
"It was a very busy location. The volume was high and it's a benefit to the community that the place was shut down," Jeremy Mull with the Clark County Prosecutor's Office said in 2012.
