2 face drug charges following Ind. traffic stop

Indiana State Police troopers arrested Donald York, 47, of Lexington, Ky., and 39-year-old Amy Hether, of Charlestown, following a traffic stop on State Road 403 in Sellersburg.

CLARK COUNTY, Ind. – Two people arrested early Tuesday morning by the Indiana State Police are facing serious drug allegations.

Indiana State Police troopers arrested Donald York, 47, of Lexington, Ky., and 39-year-old Amy Hether, of Charlestown, following a traffic stop on State Road 403 in Sellersburg.

Police said they pulled the vehicle over for being left of the centerline. Troopers searched the car and found Methamphetamine, Controlled Substances and Paraphernalia.

Donald E. York, Jr., was charged with Dealing in a Controlled Substance, B Felony; Dealing in Methamphetamine, B Felony; Possession of Controlled Substance, D Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, D Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor.

Amy M. Hether was charged with Dealing in a Controlled Substance, B Felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance, D Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, D Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor.
