Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Two of the teenagers charged in mob teen violence in downtown Louisville could soon be released from jail.
Tyrone Booker and Shaquazz Allen have been charged with assault, crminal mischief and unlawful imprisonment.
They were released for home incarceration, but have some of their restrictions have been lifted after a court hearing on May 27.
At the hearing, their attorney said he had proof that Allen and Booker were not a part of the violence: surveillance video.
Their case will go before the grand jury on June 24, and they could be released from jail on June 10 on their own recognisense if a judge approves the request.
