SCOTTSBURG, Ind. (WHAS11) -- An 18-year-old was arrested at his school after a fatal wreck involving one of his friends.
Garan Terrell was arrested at Scottsburg High School on Wednesday. He is charged with reckless homicide and operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in a death.
In September, 17-year-old Danika Collins was killed in Seymour Ind. after an early morning crash. Collins was a junior at the Jackson County Learning Center.
Terrell was driving the car and tested positive for more than one intoxicant. Alcohol was not involved.
