LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The 18-year-old who police believe is connected to the murder of a Saint Matthews Kroger employee is in court Wednesday, Feb. 26, on different charges.
Aaron Cross is charged with robbery, fleeing police and a list of other charges.
Police said in surveillance video Cross could be seen robbing Gilmore Liquors earlier in February.
It's believed the weapon used in that robbery connects Cross to the murder of Kroger employee Jack Combs.
He is due in court on Feb. 26 for a pretrial conference.
