Dennis and Stephanie Beavers are charged with unlawful transaction with a minor.
Police say they admitted to supplying beer, wine and vodka to at least four teens at a New Year's eve party.
Police say the 15-year-olds and 16-year-olds blacked out and vomited after drinking the alcohol.
