LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- A woman accused of assaulting a Jefferson County Public Schools bus driver is ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Takeyla Neal is charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and menacing.
Police say Neal boarded a bus, forced the driver off the bus, and then punched her several times. This all took place Monday in front of children and a school employee at Blake Elementary.
The victim was taken to Jewish Hospital where she lost consciousness. Her condition is unknown.
A judge released Neal on bond and she's expected back in court in December.
