LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) – A grand jury has charged a man, who is wanted in a deadly hit and run in Louisville, with illegal re-entry after deportation.
Miguel Angel Villasenor-Saucedo, 40, is a Mexican national that was residing in Louisville.
The deadly hit and run happened on Oct. 22 at Outer Loop and Grade Lane. Two women were killed in that crash. Villasenor-Saucedo is accused of being the driver that caused the women’s deaths. He is facing charges of leaving the scene of a fatal hit and run accident. There is a warrant out for his arrest.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) investigated Villasenor-Saucedo and found that he was previously deported from the United States on eight occasions and did not have the authority to be in the United States.
Villasenor-Saucedo faces maximum potential penalty of no more than two years in prison, if convicted.
