American Express customers responded most favorably to a credit card satisfaction survey that was conducted by JD Power and Associates.
They were asked about the card company's terms, billing and payment process, rewards and help solving problems.
Am-Ex got the top scores in all categories, with Discover not far behind.
The best news for all card-holders, all eleven companies got better ratings this year than last.
Satisfaction has been steadily going up since 2010, when a law went into effect limiting fees and interest rates.
