LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville's first-ever Sing 'n' Joy competition ended in song on Sunday afternoon.
Twenty-one choirs from across the world have been competing throughout Thanksgiving weekend at the Galt House.
Sunday's closing ceremonies took place at the Kentucky Center, where the Louisville Orchestra performed along with some of the singers and the awards were handed out.
Organizers tell us the first year for the event seemed to be a success.
Also at the Galt House is the annual Display of Christmas Cheer.
The long holiday weekend meant there were plenty of visitors to Christmas at the Galt House.
The spectacular attraction that make up the event include a candy cane forest, a life-sized gingerbread house and the dazzling lights that make up Kaleidoscope.
You can see it all for yourself until January 1.
