Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- There is great news for those who are prime targets for mosquitoes.
A cell phone app is out that's aimed at repelling the bugs.
The Mosquitoes Repellent app claims to produce an ultrasonic sound so high-pitched it is undetectable to the human ear, but the sound scares mosquitoes away.
So far, no scientific evidence proves it works.
But the app has already been downloaded by millions, and is getting high reviews.
