(WHAS11)- Airlines are trying to make more money, so some are cutting even further into the leg room available to cram more seats onto the planes.
Southwest has lost an inch of leg room between seats by adding six more seats onto its planes.
Want that extra bit of space? It will cost you.
JetBlue has cut an inch from some rows to provide more premium seats with extra leg room, and it expects to bring in $150 million in fees for those seats.
