(WHAS11) - Dozens of people in southern Indiana hopped on a bus to protest a sex shop in Clarksville. It's been a year since the first citation against Theatair X for violating a city ordinance but Tuesday was the first hearing for the owner, Josh Jantzen. A special judge in Salem heard the case. Nearly 40 concerned citizens traveled to Salem to insist that Theatair X be made to comply with all laws. The judge has 90 days from the hearing to make a ruling about Theatair X.
