(WHAS11) - Prices are getting higher at Kentuckiana grocery stores, especially for a lot of produce.
But it's not just in Kentuckiana, fruits and veggies are taking a bigger bite out of the grocery budget.
Prices have gone up for some specific produce like tomatoes and strawberries because of bad weather where they're grown; Florida, California and Texas.
