(WHAS11) -- Best Buy is looking to make changes in the way it does business by changing the way you shop.
The company is trying to combat "show-rooming," where customers test out products at its stores, then go home and buy the items cheaper online or from competitors.
At its annual shareholder's meeting Best Buy executives offered some hints as to the company's plans.
The plans include expanding relationships with businesses and improving customer service and training.
Best Buy expects to fully detail their plans by the end of the summer.
