The public continues to keep a close eye on construction activity at the downtown arena project.
A report issued on Monday blamed the concrete subcontractor for an accident that injured three workers.
And as concrete work continued on Friday, WHAS11's Joe Arnold got word of another injury with Wilhelm construction, but this time it was no accident.
In a WHAS11 exclusive Wilhelm construction said Friday morning's incident was a domestic dispute between two Kentuckiana men; a carpenter and his laborer stepson, that spilled over into the workplace.
A spokesperson says the stepfather has been fired and Wilhelm stresses that the dispute had nothing to do with construction, and did nothing to compromise safety or quality.
