(WHAS11) - Since the DTV switch, hundreds of WHAS11 viewers have called the station for help with their TVs.

One kink in the system our staffers discovered, even if you have a newer HDTV and have scanned in all the channels, is that you might need to scan the channels in again.

Plus, you might have to delete Channel 11 then rescan again.
