J.P. Morgan Chase to reimburse customers for late fees after website problems

(WHAS11) - J.P.  Morgan Chase is apologizing after customers were unable to access their accounts on the bank's website for several days.
 

Problems started Monday but it's not known why the site wasn't available.

Access was restored early Wednesday but complaints continued due to the rush of customers logging on.

That slowed down the bank's computers.

Chase says customers who were charged fees for late payments will be eligible for reimbursement.
