Companies that failed during the recession
The latest company to go under during the recession is Borders. The Michigan-based retail book store sold books, music, and DVDs and once had stores all over the globe. The Barnes and Noble competitor originally opened its’ doors back in 1971 but is scheduled to go out of business after its’ liquidation sale sometime in September.
