LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A major foreclosure at a high-rise, luxury condo that is nearly empty; PNC Bank is moving to foreclose on the $36 million Seminary Woods project.
The project at Brownsboro Road and Seminary Drive was finished in 2008, right about the time the economy tanked.
The plan was to build 63 units but only 19 were finished before the project went belly up. PNC Bank has filed suit to get back the $36 million that was loaned to the Seminary Woods Project.
