LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The new owners of Long John Silver’s are making the first major overhaul of the menu in nearly a decade.
The revamped menu still includes the seafood chain's signature fish, shrimp, chicken and hush puppies, but adds a new selection of non-fried entrees and a wider variety of side dishes.
Long John Silver's is still based in Louisville but not owned by Yum Brands anymore.
It says the changes are designed to give customers more flexibility when it comes to customizing and balancing their meal choices.
