LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Some new dining options are coming to downtown Louisville and the businesses are already touting the fact that they will be  reconnecting the  city's famed Whiskey Row.

On Wednesday it was announced that a bourbon bar, a deli and an ice cream shop will be opening in the Waterfront Plaza complex near Main and 3rd Streets.

Down One Bourbon Bar is set to open in February. No word on when 321 Deli and 2Dips & a Shake will open.

Together all the businesses will employ about 30 people. They are all owned by the Schneider Companies which own the Waterfront Plaza Tower and the Galt House Hotel complex.
