Ky. Center for Performing Arts selects new president

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts has a new president.

After a five month search, the center announced their selection of Kim Baker, former Senior VP of External Affairs, as the new leader.

Kim has worked in multiple areas of art administration and theatre management at a variety of facilities including the Louisville Gardens and the Iroquois Amphitheater.

Baker will assume the position in the next few weeks.
