NEW YORK (AP) — Stock futures are rising slightly after reports on initial jobless claims and inflation nearly matched expectations.

Stock movements could be muted Thursday, because of fresh concerns about Greek debt problems. Greece says it might need international assistance to resolve its debt crisis.

The Labor Department says consumer prices were flat last month. Workers filing for unemployment benefits for the first time fell to 457,000 last week.

Economists forecast prices would rise 0.1 percent and jobless claims would fall to 455,000.

Dow Jones industrial average futures rose 18, or 0.2 percent, to 10,681. Standard & Poor's 500 index futures rose 1.00, or 0.1 percent, to 1,162.00, while Nasdaq 100 index futures rose 3.00, or 0.2 percent, to 1,937.00.
