(WHAS11) – New DNA evidence could clear David Camm in the murders of his wife and children and a judge is expected to rule Thursday whether or not that evidence is admissible.
Camm’s lawyers claim DNA testing results from an overseas lab proves Charles Boney is the culprit and that he sexually assaulted Kim Camm. Boney was convicted in a separate trial of the murders of Camm’s wife and children.
This is Camm's third trial since the murders in 2000.
Jury selection is set for Monday in Boone County.
